Manicotti
Ingredients
1 package manicotti pasta shells (or you can use the giant sea shells)
1 32 oz package part skim Ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
Salt, Pepper, Paprika, and Oregano to taste
3 cups marinara sauce
Additional 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Follow package directions to cook the manicotti shells and allow them to cool on a piece of wax paper
- In large bowl, mix three cheeses and all spices
- Spoon half of marinara sauce into greased 13x9 baking dish
- Fill cooled manicotti shells with cheese mixture and place in baking dish
- Cover filled shells with remaining sauce and sprinkle additional Mozzarella cheese over top
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
- Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes
